Sun Plugged Energy Participated in the SNV Opportunities for Youth Employment (OYE) program in Hopley, Harare. The event was attended by other organizations in the renewable energy sector. The event highlighted the need for women and youths to become active in the energy sector so as to take charge of their financial income. This OYE program underpins the need for distributed renewable energy companies to start using community based youths and women in reaching underserved, marginalized and vulnerable communities.
